CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment & Cancellation Policy A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments, along with payment of the required deposit. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service booked. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment, provided the new appointment is scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date. If I do not have availability within that timeframe, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to pay your deposit may result in cancellation of your appointment. Appointment Changes If you wish to change or adjust your scheduled service, notice must be given at least 7 days prior to your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to adjust my schedule and offer any additional appointment time to clients on my waitlist. Service changes requested with less than 48 hours’ notice that significantly reduce the amount of time reserved will still be charged based on the originally booked service. This includes, but is not limited to, changes from longer appointment blocks to shorter services. This policy protects the appointment time that was reserved specifically for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Call/No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total using the card on file. Same-day cancellations with insufficient notice or lack of communication from the client or service provider may also be considered a no-call/no-show and may be subject to the same charge, at the discretion of the service provider. Late Arrivals For hair appointments, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show. For spray tan appointments, due to the shorter appointment length, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show.
