CANCELLATION POLICY

For all clients, a valid credit card is required to be kept on file, along with payment of a non-refundable deposit. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service booked. If the deposit is not paid at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. This can be done by contacting me directly or making updates through the online booking system. To uphold this policy, a valid credit card must be kept on file for all bookings. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. In the event of a no-call/no-show, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost. For color services, a no-show will be determined after a 15-minute grace period if there has been no communication. For spray tan appointments, due to the shorter service time, a no-show will be determined after a 5-minute grace period without communication. *You agree to this policy upon booking*
